CA Vaibhav Gupta is a Partner with over 15 years of professional experience. He is a Chartered Accountant (India) — a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — and a Diploma holder in Information Systems Audit. He specializes in valuation, transaction advisory, start-up recognition and advisory, real estate audits, and statutory audits of listed companies. He brings extensive expertise in Indian direct taxation and advises clients on taxation and outsourced accounting matters across the USA, Canada, and the UAE.

Partner
CA Kanav Behal is a Partner with over 15 years of experience spanning taxation, audit, and cross-border advisory. He is a Chartered Accountant (India) with a background in law, and began his career with Big 4 firms — including PwC, EY, and Deloitte — before going on to advise thousands of clients on personal and corporate tax filings (T1, T2), HST compliance, CRA audits, and SR&ED claims. His background in law and accounting gives clients a distinct edge in navigating complex regulatory and compliance matters.
Ashima Nagpal
Manager – Canada Operations
Ashima brings a well-rounded blend of accounting knowledge and hands-on business experience to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Delhi and completed an Accounting Co-op Program in Mississauga, with training in GAAP and IFRS standards and financial statement preparation. Her practical experience spans personal tax return preparation, audit sampling and verification, and financial record review, complemented by several years in operations and category management roles. Ashima is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and clear communication.
